Quantity Surveyor @ 2020-07-08

Requirements:
o Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent will be an advantage;
o 3 years or above relevant working experience;
o Fluency in written/ spoken Chinese and English;
o Familiarize with computer operation and MS-Office;
o Positive and affirmative communication skills.


Architect @ 2020-07-06

Responsibilities:
o Prepare design information e.g. drawings (details, etc.) and documents (project descriptions, narratives, etc.);
o Interior design work complementation and site supervision;
o Handle multi-tasks as required by projects, from early stage up to construction and hand-over to clients;
o Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and consultants;
o Ensure safety and efficient project construction for implementation;
o Perform duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
o Bachelor degree in Architecture, Design or Interior Design;
o At least 3 years or above related experience;
o Familiar with Macau Design Regulation;
o Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin);
o Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop and MS-Office and other computer graphics software;
o Candidate with less experience could be considered as Junior Architect.


Draftsman @ 2020-07-06

Requirements:
o At least 3 years relevant working experience
o Experience in architectural 3D’s (buildings and interiors)
o Familiarize with AutoCAD and MS-Office
o Positive and affirmative communication skills
o Familiar with 3DMAX, PHOTOSHOP, SKETCHUP, REVIT 2015 is an advantage


Manager – Administration  @ 2020-07-06

Responsibilities:
o Place order and maintain office pantries supplies, cleaning services and furniture fixture.
o To order, maintain and keep inventories of office supplies.
o To read, screen, distribute and prepare draft for replying incoming correspondences.
o To communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable unit operations and effective service to connecting groups.
o To provide support and handle enquiries of administration related issues from team members.
o Organize and supervise corporate functions and events.
o Operate data capture technology to import digitized documents into document management system.
o Propose recommendations for improving content management system capabilities.
o Develop, document, or maintain standards, best practices, or system usage procedures.
o Monitor regulatory activity to maintain compliance with records, document management policy and procedures, develop document workflow procedures, implement scanning or other automated data entry procedures, using imaging devices and document imaging software.

Chief of Electrical & Mechanical Engineer @ 2020-07-06

Requirement
o Degree in Electrical / E&M Engineering or equivalent;
o 15 years or above relevant working experience;
o 8 years or above register experiences in local lnstitution of Engineers or equivalent;
o Fluency in written / spoken Chinese and / or English;
o Familiarize with computer operation, able to use AutoCAD and MS-Office;
o Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures;
o Positive and affirmative communication skill.


Legal Counsel  @ 2020-07-06

Responsibilities:
o Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures and corporate finance);
o Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies and deal with external parties (regulators, external counsel, politicians, and clients);
o Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance setting internal governance policies and manage the impact of external factors;
o Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations;
o Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues;
o Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust;
o Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights;
o Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces;
o Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization;
o Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility and maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation;
o Provide expert and strategic legal advice to management;
o Evaluate and weigh multiple inputs and impacts of any decision or course of action;
o Anticipate issues and estimate risks strategically;
o Identify proactive solutions that will eliminate or mitigate risks;
o Create associations of trust and respect with key stakeholders;

Requirements:
o Degree holder in Law (master degree is a plus);
o At least 10 years of relevant working experience;
o Demonstrate ability in judgment and able to make legal advice and strategies;
o Outstanding communication, problem solving and analytical skill;
o Resourceful and able to work under pressure and independently;
o Extensive legal knowledge (commercial law, corporate law, litigations, labor law);
o Ability to anticipate legal issues or risks;
o Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Portuguese is an advantage;
o Base in Macau.


Engineer - Mechanical  @ 2020-07-06

Responsibilities:
o Operation, maintenance & repair service for air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration, cooling and warming
system, chillers, Pumping or boilers system;
o Team coordination and planning.

Requirements:
o Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical / Building Service Engineering;
o At least 5 years of maintenance and operation experience in HV (11KV) Chiller plant system and Boiler plant
system;
o Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures;
o Knowledge in Integrated Management System is an advantage;
o Good command of both spoken & written Chinese and English;
o Able to work independently and under pressure, proactive and service oriented;
o Candidate with less experience can be considered as Assistant Engineer.


Finance Director  @ 2020-07-06

Responsibilities:
o Direct reporting to the Group CFO in Macau;
o Drive the financial planning of the Group by analyzing and reporting its performance to senior executives;
o Retain constant awareness of the Group’s financial position and seek out methods and practices to minimize financial risk;
o Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations in Macau, Hong Kong and China;
o Develop the corporate fundraising strategy for business development and investments;
o Analyze the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans for the future;
o Conduct yearly budgets, forecasts and long term business projections preparation for management purposes;
o Monitor good control in cash flow position and credit facilities to support the operations and investments;
o Create and maintain relationships with banks, consultants, legal advisor, tax agent internal and external auditors;
o Assist to implement and improve finance IT system;
o Update and implement financial policies and procedures and maintain a policy manual for the finance department;
o Setup the targets and development plan for finance personnel and establish and implement training programs for new finance employees;
o Familiar with the statutory procedures and requirements of import and export, taxation and accounting of trading business in Macau, Hong Kong and China;
o Assist senior executives for expanding business structure and preforming due diligence process for new investment projects;
o Setup and maintain effective tax planning for group and company levels in Macau, Hong Kong and China.

Requirements:
o Qualified accountant and a degree holder in accounting or finance;
o 15 to 20 years of relevant experience with 10 years in managerial level in a sizable organization in China and Hong Kong.
o Proficient in Accounting Standards and Tax regulation, Audit and Internal control requirement especially in Hong Kong/Macau and China;
o Strong planning and organizing, analytical and diagnostic skills;
o Good communication and interpersonal skills to work across internal departments and senior management members;
o Strong with project management and leadership skills;
o Familiar with trading business in Mainland China;
o Strong integrity and able to work and grow with the company;
o Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Portuguese is an advantage;
o Base in Macau.


Engineer - E&M (15 years working experiences)  @ 2020-07-06

Requirements:
o Degree in E&M Engineering or equivalent;
o 15 years or above relevant working experience;
o 8 years or above register experiences in local lnstitution of Engineers or equivalent;
o Fluency in written / spoken Chinese and / or English;
o Familiarize with computer operation, able to use AutoCAD and MS-Office;
o Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures;

Engineer - E&M (8 years working experiences) @ 2020-07-06

Requirements:
o Degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering;
o 8 years or above relevant working experience;
o Macau DSSOPT registered E&M Engineer for supervision;
o Fluency in written & spoken Chinese and English;
o Familiarize with computer operation, able to use AutoCAD and MS-Office;
o Positive and affirmative communication skills.


Engineer - Mechanical / Electrical / E&M @ 2020-07-06

Requirements:
o Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering;
o 3 years or above relevant working experience;
o Fluency in written & spoken Chinese and English;
o Engineer registration of Macau DSSOPT or qualification accredited by Macau CAEU;
o Familiarize with computer operation, able to use AutoCAD and MS-Office;
o Positive and affirmative communication skills.


Technician - Civil  @ 2020-07-06

Responsibilities:
o Responsible for civil duties such include but not limit to: Carpentry fabrication and repairing, Masonry, Metal equipment repairing and maintenance, Plumber and Painting;
o Arrange the transportations of material, equipment and heavy or bulky items to the job site;
o Requisition and receives material and equipment and maintains simple records;
o Keeps workshop area in clean and orderly condition;
o Make recommendations to the supervisor and engineer regarding equipment, work and material problems;
o Occasionally performs work in other trades.

Requirements:
o High School graduate or relevant technical trainings;
o Experience/working knowledge of Civil works;
o Understands and uses all safety equipment, including guards and protective clothing as required;
o Able to communicate in English, knowledge of both Chinese and Cantonese is an advantage;
o Proactive, responsible and hardworking; Willing to be on shift;
o Hold a valid Macao driving license is an advantage.


Technician - Mechanical / Electrical  @ 2020-07-06
