Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruitment function including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening and shortlisting;
  • Maintain and update candidate pool;
  • Support on exploring effective and diversified recruitment channels and methods;
  • Responsible for new hires onboard processes and orientation trainings;
  • Assist on planning and execution of recruitment events, career fairs and liaise with related organizers;
  • Support on training and development function, sourcing and coordination with training vendors and handle employee’s training requisition;
  • Record training documentation and assist on training expenses reimbursement and payment;
  • Assist on employee’s engagement events such as loyalty program, volunteers’ committee;
  • Assist on ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HR Manager.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration / Human Resources or related disciplines;
  • At least 3 years working experience in Human Resources field;
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Strong in communication skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules;
  • Out-going, optimistic and open-minded;
  • Well-versed in Macau Labour Ordinance.
