Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruitment function including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening and shortlisting;
- Maintain and update candidate pool;
- Support on exploring effective and diversified recruitment channels and methods;
- Responsible for new hires onboard processes and orientation trainings;
- Assist on planning and execution of recruitment events, career fairs and liaise with related organizers;
- Support on training and development function, sourcing and coordination with training vendors and handle employee’s training requisition;
- Record training documentation and assist on training expenses reimbursement and payment;
- Assist on employee’s engagement events such as loyalty program, volunteers’ committee;
- Assist on ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HR Manager.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration / Human Resources or related disciplines;
- At least 3 years working experience in Human Resources field;
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
- Strong in communication skills;
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules;
- Out-going, optimistic and open-minded;
- Well-versed in Macau Labour Ordinance.
