Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design and optimize the HVAC system of different buildings types;
• Obedient to the superior and coordinate with other design disciplines to maintain the quality, requirements and the design program;
• Able to use different software for design calculation and modeling;
• Prepare the detail design narrative and all the related design documents for different projects;
• Ensure all the design shall fulfil the professional standard, local codes and requirements;
• Provide technical support and defect rectification during the design and construction stage;
• Pay attention to the latest HVAC technology and the sustainable development from time to time.

Requirements:

• Must have obtained Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related faculty degree;
• 5 years or above relevant HVAC engineering working experience;
• Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese, Cantonese and English;
• Able to use computer based software such as AutoCAD, BIM, etc.;
• Positive and affirmative communication skills;
• Able to work independent under minimal supervision and meet deadlines from the company and our clients;
• Candidate with adequate experience/qualification will be considered as Senior Engineer.
