CESL Asia welcomes Mr. Andrew Sum as the Principal Director of Macau Professional Services, Limited (MPS), a subsidiary of CESL Asia.

Mr. Andrew Sum, a seasoned professional with over 30 years of unparalleled expertise in quantity surveying and construction management across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and South East Asia.

Mr. Sum brings a wealth of knowledge in diverse sectors, including hospitality, leisure, finance institutes, commercial properties, government projects, and educational and retail construction consultancy services.

We are also pleased to announce our partnership with Currie & Brown (C&B) for the development of Project Management (PM) and Quantity Surveying (QS) in Macau and adjacent areas of the Greater Bay Area. MPS will integrate the C&B international network as the Macau office for PM & QS activities.

C&B will provide their experience, methodology and commercial support for these premium services from its 65 offices and 2,100 employees world-wide. We are confident these changes will bring MPS to the next level, with strong local roots and international expertise to the benefit of our clients in Macau and beyond.

The main structure of fourth Macau-Taipa Maritime Bridge was successfully completed! CESL Asia's subsidiary, Macau Professional Services, Limited (MPS) has taken the crucial role of service provisions for Construction Site Supervision, Testing and Commissioning for this project.

This moment marked a significant milestone and was celebrated in the esteemed presence of MPS representatives and government officials, including Mr. Lam Wai Hou, Director of Public Works Bureau. The collaborative efforts between CESL Asia and the Public Works Bureau underscores a shared commitment to advancing infrastructure development and enhancing connectivity in the region.
