MSO Training & Internship Program
ç››ä¸–é›†åœ˜æ”¯æŒæ¾³é–€ç‰¹æ®Šå¥§é‹æœƒåŸ¹è¨“åŠå¯¦ç¿’計劃
In July 2016, CESL Asia offered a three-month training & internship opportunity to two Macau Special Olympics mem-
bers, with an objective to provide hands-on occupational experience to the differently abled. The two participants were
assigned to work in our warehouse office at Ilha Verde as administrative helpers.
After the internship, one of the participants was directly employed and continued exploring his work-related skills in
CESL Asia.
CESL Asia believes that every single individual is endowed with varied talents. Each should be given equal opportunity
to contribute to the advancement of our company and to further develop his/her potentials. Through the Program, we
hope to increase the capacity and diversity in our company and foster a sense of independence and meaning in their lives.
