For the seventh consecutive year, CESL Asia sponsored the Macau Eco TrailHiker, a philanthropic sport event held on 29
October 2016 that attracted more than 2,000 participants to raise funds for local charitable organizations Rotary Club of
Macau and Richmond Fellowship of Macau.
CESL Asia is always an enthusiast for local sport events, through which we believe that colleagues can boost team spirit
and intensify their bonding. This year, we sponsored 18 hiker teams, totally 72 colleagues and their families, to support
this event. Among them, team â€œLo Si Keiâ€ from FOCUS Dafoo-Altira got the champion in our company internal contest
with outstanding finish time.
Meanwhile, additional 33 colleagues were recruited as volunteers in four checkpoints, where they made marvelous Hal-
loween decorations, maintained sound operations, and take care of and cheer for all the passing-by teams. Among all the
8 checkpoints, our volunteer team stationed at Checkpoint 2 had an impressive performance and was eventually selected
as the first runner-up by the organizer.
We hoped that all hiker teams and volunteers had a fantastic and memorable day! Thank you very much for your efforts!
