To go green, I encourage recycling and reusing
to prevent wastes. People from poverty-stricken
regions that I meet through my engagement in
charitable activities make me cherish all we have
and utilize resources.
There are quite a number of petty matters in
the office and they can easily lead to nega-
tive consequences if reckless. You are always
praised by your supervisors and how can you

years?
H: Even though our office is not too large, a
number of trivial matters need to be kept an eye
on and memorized. We need to consider from
the perspective of actual users. For instance, we
should make the medicine and medical devices
noticeable and obvious at a glance. We should
also make relevant arrangement to make col-
leagues get what they want quickly while we are
away from the pantry. I behold people-oriented
philosophy. I take my own part and exhibit a
model before asking others to do so. I am very
strict with myself and do my best for everything I
handle. I give guidance to my new colleagues and
share my own experience and tips with them,
hoping that we all can together create a cozy and
agreeable workplace for every colleague.
