The interviewee of this issue, Ms. Lau Miu Han, is considered as the guardian as well as one of the most favorite persons in CESL Asia
Head Office. She can always identify your cup out of hundreds and deliver to you punctually and precisely every morning. She will of-
fer you a self-made relaxing herbal tea to release your pressure. She treats her colleagues as her families and sincerely cares about their
well-being. This is what Han does every day.
In the interview of last issue with Mr. Campina Ferreira, Senior Executive Director of Macau Professional Services, Limited (MPS), he
mentioned that “professional service” is to “work hard to be able to add value to our provision of services and to ensure that every step in
each project is carefully performed”. Han fully defines it through her service. Now, having served CESL Asia for ten years, Han is nearing
her retirement. But right before that, let’s grasp our chance to learn more about this lovely lady through her sharing with E-newsletter.
