CESL Asia always pursues its commitments in community devel-

opment. This year marks the five consecutive years that CESL Asia
Social Investment Program sponsored Ms. Lau Miu Han (Han
Che) to pay a charity visit to her hometown, Sun Heng. On March
4 â€“ 6, Han Che together with the Sun Heng Residentsâ€™ Association
visited a total of 14 elderly nursing homes and 1 orphanage for dis-
abled children and brought along warm clothing and daily neces-
sities to the needy. By doing so, they hoped to deliver care, warmth
and love to the disadvantaged groups in the society.

Han Che who have already participated in this charitable activity
for 18 years believed that â€œit is much more blessed to give than to
receiveâ€ and was quoted that she was happy to have the opportuni-
ty to witness the smiley faces of the elderly and the healthy growth
of the children during these years, and most importantly, to give
back to the community. Han Che also wanted to give special thanks to the company and colleagues for their generous support
to this meaningful activity.
