Social Investment Team at the Macau Japan Festival 2016
                                                盛世義工團隊參與澳門日本文化祭2016

                                        On 16 January, the Macau Japan Festival 2016 was held at Tap Seac Square.

                                                                  On the event day, the air of Japan permeated everywhere. Japanese food
                                                                  stalls, theme counters, game stalls and stage performance were exhibited
                                                                  to promote Japanese culture.
                                                                  CSI volunteer team also participated in this meaningful event and was
                                                                  mainly responsible for coordinating two game stalls, helping to ensure the
                                                                  best experience and fun were delivered. Everyone there had a terrific time
                                                                  and had a better understanding of Japanese culture and tradition.
                                                                  The festival is hosted by the Macau-Japan Chamber of Commerce (MJCC),
                                                                  of which CESL Asia’s Director, Mr. Dominic Sio, is the President of Ex-
                                                                  ecutive Board and our President & CEO, Mr. António Trindade is the
                                                                  Vice-Chairman. CESL Asia has been supporting this association since its
                                                                  inception due to the historical commercial ties we have with Japanese sup-
                                                                  plier of the Macau Refuse Incineration Plant technology and the opportu-
                                                                  nity the MJCC offers to promote the development of the community we
                                                                  serve with cultural exchanges like in this popular event.

                                                                  氣氛彌漫著整個文化祭，活動設有日式美食、主題攤位和遊戲表演
                                                                  節目，宣揚日本文化。
                                                                  盛世義工團隊當天亦有支持這項社會文化活動。同事們主要負責協
                                                                  助兩個攤位遊戲，確保參加者得到最佳的活動體驗和樂趣。活動上
                                                                  各人樂在其中，並加深了澳門市民對日本文化和傳統的認識。
                                                                  澳門日本文化祭由澳門日本商會主辦，盛世集團董事蕭志偉先生為
                                                                  該會的理事長，集團董事主席及行政總裁田達德先生為該會的副會
                                                                  長。由於我們與提供澳門垃圾焚化爐廠技術服務的日本供應商過往
                                                                  有著緊密的合作關係，以及有感於澳門日本商會一直透過舉辦各種
                                                                  活動來促進澳門社區發展的宗旨，集團從該會成立起一直支持其發
                                                                  展。
