    To achieve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) and Environment Management System (ISO 14001:2015)

       new version requirements, the Quality, Health and Safety (QAS) Team on February 15 and March 18 organized 2
       training courses, held at Macao Science Center, for the middle management level or above colleagues. A total of 51
       colleagues from different work sites accomplished the courses and through whcih, they can bring higher efficiency and
       customer satisfaction into the company , greatly contributing to the implementation of the upgrade of certification
       within CESL Asia in the near future.
       The course tutor, from an external certification association, provides detailed explanation on the major transformation
       of the ISO new version to the attendees. Major changes are:
       •	 Greater emphasis on the engagement and responsibility of the top leadership;
       •	 Address organizational risks and opportunities and encourage continuous improvement;
       •	 Greater emphasis on the compliance with the special needs of organizations in the management system;
       •	 Alignment with other key management system standards through the use of a common structure and core text.
       With the guideline of the above information, we believe that the quality management system and other schemes can
       be implemented smoothly afterwards.

   為配合品質管理標準( ISO 9001:2015 ) 及環境管理標準 ( ISO 14001:2015 ) 新版準則的要求，品質、健康及安

      全團隊(QAS)於二月十五日及三月十八日在澳門科學館安排了兩場講座，對象為公司的中級及高級管理層，合
      共五十一位來自不同單位的同事參加。透過這次培訓，同事們將能為公司帶來更高的效率和更佳的客戶滿意
      度，為往後推行的內部認證升級計劃建立基礎。
      是次講座邀請了來自第三方認證公司的導師，深入淺出講解新版本的變革。重大更新如下:
      •	 要求最高管理階層必須積極參與並負責；
      •	 標準採用風險導向思考，使整個管理系統成為預防性工具，並鼓勵持續改善；
      •	 更加著重於符合企業組織在管理系統上的各項特殊需求；
      •	 使用共通結構及核心內容，易於整合多個管理系統標準。
11 獲得以上的資訊，有助公司順利度過認證的標準轉換。
