Engineer (Civil / Structural) @ 2019-04-24

o Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering;

Programmer Analyst @ 2019-04-22

Responsibilities:
o Design, develop, document, analyze, create, test and modify computer systems, programs and integrations;
o Review implemented ERP system processes, identifies improvements areas, drive and deliver changes in ERP and associated systems;
o Analyze user information system needs;
o Document the functionality and requirements;
o Research, evaluate and recommend solutions and appropriate technology to meet user's needs;
o Provides reference for use of prime and personal computers by writing and maintaining user documentation; maintaining a help desk;
o Maintains computer systems and programming guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures;
o Develops and maintains applications and databases by evaluating user needs; analyzing requirements; developing software systems.

Requirements:
o Associate's Degree in computer related discipline;
o Relevant experience in systems design, programming and/or ERP system implementation and support;
o Minimum 5 years developer experience in C#, ASP.net, JavaScript, JQuery etc;
o Windows .NET Framework, including VB.Net and ASP.Net programming experience preferred;
o Database design/administration experience (Design, implementation, modification);
o Proficient in writing fine-tuned SQL queries, stored procedures (eg. PL/SQL code) and working with data in relational databases like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL etc;
o Ability to recognize and resolve system related problems; work independently and make necessary decisions throughout the systems process within department guidelines;
o Solid hands-on experience in analyzing organizational requirements and fulfills business needs with system solutions. Working knowledge on Accounting System is preferable;
o Good communication skill, interact effectively across multiple functional areas.


Manager – Administration  @ 2019-04-22

Responsibilities:
o To lead a team to manage the overall administration, procurement and inventory management activities for the company;
o To organize renovation, relocation projects and space management;
o To assist in reviewing, planning and implementing corporate administration policies and procedures;
o To prepare budget and forecast & report unplanned/unforeseen expenditures;
o To manage the communication and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable unit operations and effective service to connecting groups;
o To provide support and handle enquiries of administration related issues from team members;
o To provide support in organization of corporate functions and events;
o Propose recommendations for improving content management system capabilities;
o Develop, document, or maintain standards, best practices, or system usage procedures;

o Identify and classify documents or other electronic content according to characteristics such as security level, function, and metadata.

Requirements:
o Degree Holder in Business Administration;
o Minimum 5 years of general administrative / secretarial experience, of which 2 years in serving senior management or in supervisory role;
o Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
o Proficient in Microsoft Office and related financial systems;
o An analytical mind with problem-solving skills;
o Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities;
o A good team player with leadership skills and can work independently;
o Strong time management skills;
o Effective verbal and listening communications skills.


CSI, Communications & Marketing Assistant  @ 2019-04-22

Responsibilities:
o Assist in organization of all marketing events and exhibitions;
o Design visual graphics in accordance with corporate identity and coordinate with vendors for production;
o Assist in drafting of press releases and contents for company e-newsletter, website and social media;
o Organize staff and community events;
o Responsible for regular update of company website, intranet and all other social media;
o Edit and maintain media library of photographic, video, collateral, other visual and written assets;
o Perform administrative duties within the department.

Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field required;
o Familiar with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign;
o Experienced in Graphic Design;
o Experienced in writing press releases is a plus;
o Excellent writing and speaking in both English and Chinese, knowledge of Portuguese a plus;

Administrative Assistant  @ 2019-04-22

Responsibilities:
o Responsible for day-to-day administrative affairs of the company and coordination with different sites’ administrators;
o Assist in office management, access for external service providers and liaise with building manager as necessary;
o Draft internal memorandum as well as office guidelines;
o Be a receptionist in handling phone calls and receive visitors;
o To assist in all corporate, charity and marketing events;
o Perform any ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned by supervisor;
o Inventory Control and Procurement;
o Liaise with HR and Finance.

Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field preferred;
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office application and Chinese Word Processing;
o Good writing and speaking in both English and Chinese;
o Experience in office administration is an advantage.


Accountant  @ 2019-04-22

Responsibilities:
o Responsible for the full set of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger;
o Monitor the accounting issues and work closely with operations;
o Prepare accurate and timely management report;
o Prepare annual budget and forecast report and provide variance analysis;
o Assist annual audit and tax filing and liaise with auditors and tax advisors etc;
o Supervise and review the work of junior staff;
o Support in new system implementation;
o Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:
o Degree holder in Accounting or Finance;
o Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in handling full set of accounts;
o Strong analyzing, organizing and presentation skills;
o Good interpersonal skills, mature, responsible and a team player;
o Proficient in MS Excel and Word;
o Possess good spoken and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;
o Familiar with Solomon system or other ERP accounting software is highly preferred;
o Candidate with lesser experience/qualification will be considered as Assistant Accountant;
Immediate availability is preferred.


Quantity Surveyor @ 2019-04-22

Requirements:
o Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent will be an advantage;
o 3 years or above relevant working experience;
o Fluency in written/ spoken Chinese and English;
o Familiarize with computer operation and MS-Office;
o Positive and affirmative communication skills.


Engineer – Mechanical / Electrical / E&M @ 2019-04-22

Requirements:
o Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering;
o 3 years or above relevant working experience;
o Fluency in written & spoken Chinese and English;
o Engineer registration of Macau DSSOPT or qualification accredited by Macau CAEU;
o Familiarize with computer operation, able to use AutoCAD and MS-Office;
o Positive and affirmative communication skills.


Technician - Civil  @ 2019-04-22

Responsibilities:
o Responsible for civil duties such include but not limit to: Carpentry fabrication and repairing, Masonry, Metal equipment repairing and maintenance, Plumber and Painting;
o Arrange the transportations of material, equipment and heavy or bulky items to the job site;
o Requisition and receives material and equipment and maintains simple records;
o Keeps workshop area in clean and orderly condition;
o Make recommendations to the supervisor and engineer regarding equipment, work and material problems;
o Occasionally performs work in other trades.

Requirement:
o High School graduate or relevant technical trainings;
o Experience/working knowledge of Civil works;
o Understands and uses all safety equipment, including guards and protective clothing as required;
o Able to communicate in English, knowledge of both Chinese and Cantonese is an advantage;
o Proactive, responsible and hardworking; Willing to be on shift;
o Hold a valid Macao driving license is an advantage.


Technician - Mechanical / Electrical  @ 2019-04-22
