Secretary @ 2018-08-15

Responsibilities:
o Provide full secretarial support to senior management;
o Arrange and coordinate appointments, meetings, conferences and business trips;
o Maintain schedules and calendars;
o Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents;
o Implement and maintain filing systems;
o Liaison with internal and external contacts with business associates and subsidiary offices;
o Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
o University graduate with formal secretarial training is an advantage;
o At least 3 years of working experience serving Senior Executive;
o Excellent command of both written and communication skills in English, Mandarin is an advantage;
o Comprehensive knowledge in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing;
o Assure the confidentiality of important matters;
o Possess good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility;
o Able to work under pressure and independently.


Driver @ 2018-08-13

Responsibilities:
o Pick up and drop off staff members and deliver company documents;
o Maintain cleanliness of company cars.

Requirements:
o Hold a valid Macao driver’s license (car and motorcycle), China driver’s license is an advantage;
o Over three years of driving experience with good record,experience driving in Mainland China is an advantage;
o Fluent in Cantonese, knowledge of English and Mandarin;
o Sincere, courteous, responsible and patient.


Technician - Civil  @ 2018-08-13

Responsibilities:
o Responsible for civil duties such include but not limit to: Carpentry fabrication and repairing, Masonry, Metal equipment repairing and maintenance, Plumber and Painting;
o Arrange the transportations of material, equipment and heavy or bulky items to the job site;
o Requisition and receives material and equipment and maintains simple records;
o Keeps workshop area in clean and orderly condition;
o Make recommendations to the supervisor and engineer regarding equipment, work and material problems;
o Occasionally performs work in other trades.

Requirement:
o High School graduate or relevant technical trainings;
o Experience/working knowledge of Civil works;
o Understands and uses all safety equipment, including guards and protective clothing as required;
o Able to communicate in English, knowledge of both Chinese and Cantonese is an advantage;
o Proactive, responsible and hardworking; Willing to be on shift;
o Hold a valid Macao driving license is an advantage.


Administrative Assistant @ 2018-08-13

Responsibilities:
o Responsible for day-to-day administrative affairs of the company and coordination with different sites’ administrators;
o Assist in office management, access for external service providers and liaise with building manager as necessary;
o Draft internal memorandum as well as office guidelines;
o Be a receptionist in handling phone calls and receive visitors;
o To assist in all corporate, charity and marketing events;
o Perform any ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field preferred;
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office application and Chinese Word Processing;
o Good writing and speaking in both English and Chinese;
o Experience in office administration is an advantage.


Technician - Mechanical / Electrical  @ 2018-08-13

職責:

Human Resources Specialist  @ 2018-08-13

Responsibilities:
o Responsible for all HR system projects development and enhancement;
o Work closely with HR team to provide technical support such includes but not limit to consultation, training, access control, interface support and system enhancement;
o Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates and dashboards;
o Explore new technical solutions that can enhance the productivity and effectiveness of HR daily operations;
o Act as business analyst to liaise and coordinate among HR team, IT team and/or outside vendors to cater any business requirements that related to human resources management;
o Assist to prepare system documentations such as workflow, user manual and training materials;
o Conduct user trainings of system implementation, enhancement whenever necessary.

Requirements:
o Bachelor degree or above in related disciplines;
o Strong experience in the analysis;
o At least 2 years of working experience in Human Resources Information System or IT Project Management field;
o Knowledge in Human Resources operation is an advantage;
o Strong in communication, data analytical, and problem solving skill;
o Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
o Able to work independently and meet timelines.


Architect  @ 2018-08-13

Responsibilities:
o Prepare design information e.g. drawings (details, etc.) and documents (project descriptions, narratives, etc.);
o Interior design work complementation and site supervision;
o Handle multi-tasks as required by projects, from early stage up to construction and hand-over to clients;
o Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and consultants;
o Ensure safety and efficient project construction for implementation;
o Perform duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
o Bachelor degree in Architecture, Design or Interior Design;
o At least 3 years or above related experience;
o Familiar with Macau Design Regulation;
o Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin);
o Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop and MS-Office and other computer graphics software;
o Candidate with less experience could be considered as Junior Architect.


Engineer – ELV @ 2018-08-13

Requirements:
o Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering / Computer Science;
o 3 years or above relevant working experience;
o Basic knowledge and experience in design of Advance Electronics; Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA); Networking; CCTV Networking;
Telecommunication systems, -Telephony, IPBX; Audio and Video Systems; BMS Control Engineering;
o Fluency in written & spoken Chinese and English;
o Engineer registration of Macau DSSOPT or qualification accredited by Macau CAEU (Preferable);
o Familiarize with computer operation, able to use AutoCAD and MS-Office;
o Positive and affirmative communication skills.


Draftsman (Civil / Structural / Plumbing & Drainage) @ 2018-08-13

Requirements:
o At least 1 years relevant working experience;
o Familiarize with AutoCAD and MS-Office;
o Positive and affirmative communication skills;
o Familiar with 3DMAX, PHOTOSHOP, SKETCHUP, REVIT 2015 is an advantage.


ERP System Administrator @ 2018-08-13

Responsibilities:
o Work with Epicor users to help diagnose, fix, and prevent any ERP IT related system issues;
o Work with Epicor Support for unresolved issues or bugs;
o Accountable for the implementation of ERP modifications, new ERP system integrations, patch releases and major upgrades;
o Help facilitate and/or participate in testing with users for ERP related enhancements and fixes;
o Maintain Epicor security model including security group modifications and creation of accounts;
o Develop and maintain SSRS Reports;
o Develop and maintain Epicor BAQ and dashboards.

Requirements:
o Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field;
o Broad knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and technologies;
o 2+ years of experience with working in an IT role with Epicor ERP system;
o 2+ years of experience with SSRS report design;
o Good written and verbal communication skills;
o Team player with good interpersonal/customer service skills and a positive attitude;
o Self-starter, ability to work with minimal direct;
o Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.


Civil Engineer @ 2018-08-13

Requirements:
o Degree in Civil Engineering;
