Assistant Engineer - Electrical @ 2019-06-13

Responsibilities:
o Electrical – Operation, maintenance & repair service for high and low voltage distribution network system, UPS Genset system;
o Team coordination and planning.

Requirements:
o Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering;
o Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures;
o Knowledge in Integrated Management System is an advantage;
o Good command of both spoken & written Chinese and English;
o Able to work independently and under pressure;
o Proactive and service oriented;
o 24-hour on call service required.


Warehouse Supervisor @ 2019-06-10

Responsibilities:
o Coordinate in Warehouse archiving, retrieval, disposal requests and Inventory;
o Oversee warehouse maintenance and ensure documents are stored logically and in order;
o Supervise the team in the preparation of documents for scanning, proper storage and retrieval of physical document.
o Scan documents into electronic format, ensure the output quality is up to standard and documents are identified by proper indexing;
o Monitor and ensure the high efficiency and accuracy on archiving in order to meet the KPIs
o Report overall archive and warehouse status on a regular basis;
o Handle all the in / outbound operation document.

Requirements:
o Diploma or above preferred;
o At least 3 years working experience in warehouse operations or logistics support;
o Good command of spoken English & Chinese;
o Well versed in the use of MS Office, English and Chinese Typing and MS Windows;
o Proactive, responsible and willing to work under pressure;
o Holder of driving license is an advantage;
o Able to work under pressure.


Engineer - E&M (15 years working experiences)  @ 2019-06-10

o Degree in E&M Engineering or equivalent;
o 15 years or above relevant working experience;
o 8 years or above register experiences in local lnstitution of Engineers or equivalent;
o Fluency in written / spoken Chinese and / or English;
o Familiarize with computer operation, able to use AutoCAD and MS-Office;
o Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures;
o Positive and affirmative communication skill.


Engineer - E&M (8 years working experiences) @ 2019-06-10

Requirements:
o Degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering;
o 8 years or above relevant working experience;
o Macau DSSOPT registered E&M Engineer for supervision;
o Fluency in written & spoken Chinese and English;
o Familiarize with computer operation, able to use AutoCAD and MS-Office;
o Positive and affirmative communication skills.


Electrical & Mechanical Inspector (5 years working experiences) @ 2019-06-10

Requirements:
o 5 years or above relevant constructing or supervision experience;
o Fluency in written/spoken Chinese (Knowledge of English a plus);
o Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures;
o Positive and affirmative communication skills.


Draftsman (3 years working experiences) @ 2019-06-10

Requirements:
o At least 3 years relevant working experience;
o Familiarize with AutoCAD and MS-Office;
o Positive and affirmative communication skills;
o Familiar with 3DMAX, PHOTOSHOP, SKETCHUP, REVIT 2015 is an advantage.


Civil Inspector (8 years working experiences) @ 2019-06-10

Requirements:
o 8 years or above relevant constructing or supervision experience;
o Fluency in written / spoken Chinese (Knowledge of English a plus);
o Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures;
o Positive and affirmative communication skills.


Engineer - Civil / Structural (8 years working experiences) @ 2019-06-10

o Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering;
o 8 years or above relevant working experience;
o Fluency in written / spoken Chinese and English;

Project Assistant @ 2019-06-10

Responsibilities:
o Assist the Project Manager and Project Team in document control;
o Handle and processing Authority submissions and correspondence as required;
o Maintenance of document tracking record.

Requirement:
o High School Diploma equivalent or above;
o At least 2 years of clerical working experience, Construction field is preferred;
o Good communication, interpersonal skills with team spirit is commendable;
o Fast learner, initiative, organized, positive attitude, detail-oriented and with ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively;

Manager - Human Resources @ 2019-06-10

Responsibilities:
o Direct report to Assistant General Manager – Human Resources;
o Oversee the technical and daily requirements of HR functions. Manage and support the overall human resources operations, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, manpower planning, performance management, training and development, budgeting and employee engagement, as well as office administration matters;
o Work closely with Business Unit with proactive and consultative approach in executing manpower planning in recruitment and staff engagement initiatives;
o Formulate and implement HR initiatives and projects in alignment with business objectives;
o Develop and create compelling employee value proposition to retain and attract good talent;
o Prepare and provide HR data analytical report for management review;
o Ensure the policies & procedures for the compliance with Macau labor law;
o Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
o Degree holder in Business Management or Human Resources Management;
o 10 years of relevant experience of which 5 years in managerial level in a sizable organization;
o Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
o Good analysis skill and - have ability to spot and recognize good quality of potential candidates for our different job vacancies;
o Ability to build strong working network and relationships with other department;
o Familiar and good knowledge of Macau labor market or have strong understanding of the labor market in this region;

Programmer Analyst @ 2019-06-10

Responsibilities:
o Design, develop, document, analyze, create, test and modify computer systems, programs and integrations;
o Review implemented ERP system processes, identifies improvements areas, drive and deliver changes in ERP and associated systems;
o Analyze user information system needs;
o Document the functionality and requirements;
o Research, evaluate and recommend solutions and appropriate technology to meet user's needs;
o Provides reference for use of prime and personal computers by writing and maintaining user documentation; maintaining a help desk;
o Maintains computer systems and programming guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures;
o Develops and maintains applications and databases by evaluating user needs; analyzing requirements; developing software systems.

Requirements:
o Associate's Degree in computer related discipline;
o Relevant experience in systems design, programming and/or ERP system implementation and support;
o Minimum 5 years developer experience in C#, ASP.net, JavaScript, JQuery etc;
o Windows .NET Framework, including VB.Net and ASP.Net programming experience preferred;
o Database design/administration experience (Design, implementation, modification);
o Proficient in writing fine-tuned SQL queries, stored procedures (eg. PL/SQL code) and working with data in relational databases like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL etc;
o Ability to recognize and resolve system related problems; work independently and make necessary decisions throughout the systems process within department guidelines;
o Solid hands-on experience in analyzing organizational requirements and fulfills business needs with system solutions. Working knowledge on Accounting System is preferable;
o Good communication skill, interact effectively across multiple functional areas.


Quantity Surveyor @ 2019-06-10

Requirements:
o Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent will be an advantage;
o 3 years or above relevant working experience;
o Fluency in written/ spoken Chinese and English;
o Familiarize with computer operation and MS-Office;
o Positive and affirmative communication skills.


Engineer - Mechanical / Electrical / E&M @ 2019-06-10

Requirements:
o Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering;
o 3 years or above relevant working experience;
o Fluency in written & spoken Chinese and English;
o Engineer registration of Macau DSSOPT or qualification accredited by Macau CAEU;
o Familiarize with computer operation, able to use AutoCAD and MS-Office;
o Positive and affirmative communication skills.


Technician - Civil  @ 2019-06-10

Responsibilities:
o Responsible for civil duties such include but not limit to: Carpentry fabrication and repairing, Masonry, Metal equipment repairing and maintenance, Plumber and Painting;
o Arrange the transportations of material, equipment and heavy or bulky items to the job site;
o Requisition and receives material and equipment and maintains simple records;
o Keeps workshop area in clean and orderly condition;
o Make recommendations to the supervisor and engineer regarding equipment, work and material problems;
o Occasionally performs work in other trades.

Requirement:
o High School graduate or relevant technical trainings;
o Experience/working knowledge of Civil works;
o Understands and uses all safety equipment, including guards and protective clothing as required;
o Able to communicate in English, knowledge of both Chinese and Cantonese is an advantage;
o Proactive, responsible and hardworking; Willing to be on shift;
o Hold a valid Macao driving license is an advantage.


Technician - Mechanical / Electrical  @ 2019-06-10
