FOCUS – Facilities Management Limited

The competent services of CESL Asia through its subsidiary FOCUS – Facilities Management Limited (FOCUS) run in a broad range from the traditional to the innovative. Its traditional side offers technical operation and maintenance services of structural and mechanical maintenance, HVAC, electrical distribution, piping & drainage for large buildings and complexes. Its innovative side provides support services to complex energy and industrial process systems such as combined heat and power supply schemes.

The most prominent project that exemplifies FOCUS’ wide range of combined traditional and innovative service capabilities is the Macau International Airport. The Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract for the Macau International Airport is a long-lasting partnership with Macau International Airport Company Limited (CAM), with FOCUS group providing such services uninterrupted since 1995. FOCUS triple certification in ISO 9001 – Quality Management, ISO 14001 – Environmental Management and OHSAS 18001 – Occupational Health & Safety Management since 1999 proves its commitment to quality, health and safety and environmental impact minimization at a level consistent with the best International Management Standards. In 2006, FOCUS together with Macau International Airport also successfully accredited the first Indoor Air Environmental Certification in Macau.

DAFOO Facilities Management Company Ltd

CESL Asia’s subsidiary DAFOO Facilities Management Company Ltd. (DAFOO), was the first facilities management company in Pearl River Delta implementing and accredited five international management certificates, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001,, ISO 50001 – Energy Management System and ISO 14064 – Greenhouse Gases Verification since 2011, helping clients in energy efficiency and energy saving with practices of energy management and audits, as well as setting up programs for monitoring and reporting of greenhouse gas emission.
