Operation and Maintenance of the Central Energy Plant (15 years), chilled and hot water according to guaranteed performance (availability, temperature, price), energy savings, and global energy management leading to more energy savings

• A performance-based O&M contract of energy center for heating & cooling,  a hot water production plant & distribution network, and M&E equipment.
• Supplied area:  a total of 550,000 m2 GFA, including three world-class hotels, shopping areas, fine dining and gaming areas.
